Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase.

Returns can be requested within 7 days of delivery for unused, unopened items in their original packaging. To start a return, contact us with your order number and reason for return.

If a product arrives faulty or damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or refund, including return shipping costs, in line with the South African Consumer Protection Act.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days of us receiving the returned item.

Sale items and opened consumables are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
