Shipping policy

We currently ship within South Africa only.

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days for major metro areas, and 3–7 business days for outlying areas, depending on courier and location.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email/SMS where available.

We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier, customs, or incorrect delivery details provided at checkout.
